Wine description:
Delicately fruity nose, strawberry, heartily fresh, vivid acidity - the perfect summer sipper for the patio. Soil: Slate Awards: 90/100 points Falstaff Weinguide 2017/18 Winemaking: Selective hand picked grapes from different slate vineyards. Maceration time of 24 hours, gently pressed, temperature controlled fermentation around 18°C in stainless steel tanks and afterwards aged for for 6 months on the leese. Varieties: Zweigelt & Blaufränkisch Drinking temperature: 9°C Drinking description: Breast of pork with horseradish, Mussels in tomato broth Characteristics: dry Alcohol: 12,00% Vol. Alk. |
